Interactive Intelligence External Campaign Retrieval Plugin

CallScripter 4.5 > Integrations > Interactive Intelligence
The Interactive Intelligence External Campaign Retrieval Plugin must be running to retrieve:
  • Available campaigns
  • Outcomes/Dispositions
  • Contact list column names 
The plug in also runs when using the Inin Transfer Script control, to get a list of available Frinshing Workgroups and Wrap Up categories
