csCommand securepause deprecated

csCommand securepause deprecated in 4.5.42 to offer additional functionality.

This command has been replaced with four new csCommands:

• securepausedefault
• securepauseinfinite
• securepauseresume 
• securepausetimeout

Canot be used with "ININ Client Command - Automatic" or "ININ Client Command Button" controls as the list of available commands is hard coded.  A development request to add the new commands to the list has been raised.  In the meantime, these commands can be called in a JavaScript or JavaScript button control.
