Deploying the Legacy CallScripter TAPI Integration
This integration requires that the Agent PC has a working TAPI driver from your switch supplier installed on your PC.
Open the CallScripter TAPI tool (Start > All Programs > CallScripter) if installed.
If not installed you can install CallScripter TAPI from the CallScripter agent preferences or from HERE
Once CS TAPI is deployed you can test its functionality outside of CallScripter following this article: https://support.callscripter.com/kb/a47/tapi-support-diagnosis.aspx
