How to deploy CallScripter TAPI Integration - Old Desktop Only

This integration requires that the Agent PC has a working TAPI driver from your switch supplier installed on your PC.
  1. Open the CallScripter TAPI tool (Start > All Programs > CallScripter) if installed.
  2. If not installed you can install CallScripter TAPI from the CallScripter agent preferences or fromhttp://files.callscripter.com/install/Old Releases & Files/cti_clients/cti.exe
