Delete a script
In most cases it is not necessary to delete a CallScripter script but just make it so it is longer visable to the contact centre agents. If the script is completely removed from the application it may cause issues when running reports on historical data (only data taken within the deleted script).
To make it no longer visable to the agents simple make no versions live in the script editor. Go to the script options page and select no versions from the version live drop down box and click save changes. This is the safest method of deactivating a script.
If there is a need to completely remove the script from the system you must make sure the script is not in use by ANY users and that there are no incomplete script runs active for that script (if there are users currently using the script it will not allow you to delete it from the system). Go to the script options page and make sure you select the correct script name from the script list and click the delete script button.
If there are currently active users in the script or incomplete script runs you will be notified that the removal has failed.
